So last minute I ditched the paint and decided to do American Idol. It was a blast!! We got our picture taken and video taken so much for the news. I ended up singing Extraordinary Machine by Fiona Apple, which apparently didn't impress the judge, but maybe I'll make a special video of a private performance for you so that you can judge for yourself.
I didn't bring my camera so as soon as I get pictures from Aubree post a bunch.

wait. i didn't actually read before i commented, because i had read earlier and was just waiting for a chance to come back and comment ( that's a little embarassing) that's totally awsome that you guys actually went!!! now i'm going to go back and read for real!
Wow! You're brave! I think even if I had any talent at all as far as singing goes, I would NEVER dare to go on American Idol! I'm way too chicken to do anything like that. I admire your courage!
