The Detox Cleanse

Okay, here's the plan;

I'm going to aim for at least %80 raw living foods.





I'm going to do a lot of juicing. (Day 1 is an a spinach, celery, carrot, bell pepper juice with a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt, yum!)

No meat.

I will replace all processed sugars with fruit and then after a while I will also cut back on sugary fruits and vegetables and eventually get my body and blood sugars back down to a normal level where I won't need that sugar rush all the time.

I haven't decided yet whether or not to cut out all dairy, I guess we'll see.


Ivan sure will be surprised when he gets home and looks inside the fridge, hah. I told you I'm serious about this!
