Sleep Junkie

No matter how much I sleep, 8 hours, 10, it just never feels like enough. I am seriously obsessed with sleep. I think about napping all day and sometimes I do. I don't know what it is. I sleep pretty well at night too. I don't think it's even that I need the sleep I think I just LOVE to sleep. I feel crankie when I wake up most of the time. Is this normal?

i used to feel similarly all the time. 10 hours a night, 2 hour naps in the middle of the day, i don't feel like that so much anymore except when i feel overwhelmed by life. it's like a reset button for my brain, a little sleep and i can handle pretty much any crisis. i think it's pretty normal if you have one or a combination of some of these factors:
you're sick
you're depressed
you're overwhelmed
you're bored
you're pregnant
you don't eat well
umm... you chould take a rest cure in hawaii.

I think it's the last 2. I eat terribly and I need to go to Hawaii and see a cute little friend of mine.
