I'm in love...

...with New York City! It was so cool!!! It was so big, and there were so many people and things to see. It was so exciting, I would love to live there just for one summer some day but I doubt that will happen because Ivan would HATE living in NYC.

It was Tuesday, which happened to be Veterans day and there was a Parade going on.

We had wanted to see a Broadway but when we got there we found out that they didn't do matinees on tuesday and if we'd stayed late enough to see a night show we would've missed our bus back to Philly. But we did get to ride the subway!

We walked down broadway and saw the "Naked Cowboy" even this time of year standing out in there getting pictures with "fans"

We visited the M&M store where you stand in front of a computer and it predicts your M&M color "mood."

The statue of Liberty was beautiful and amazing. They don't let you go to the top anymore but even the base is pretty high and there is a mini museum inside.

In China Town we found a good deal on some cute hats and had dinner at a pretty authentic looking Vietna -mese restaurant.

How fun! I really want to see NYC some day. I got to ride the subway in Boston and my sister told me a story about people pushing other people in front of the train right when it arrived "sick and crazy people" bottom line stay by the wall until the subway has made a complete stop.

That's awesome! I went to NYC when I was in 7th grade. I would love to go back and see it again. It's so neat there! That's so funny that you saw the naked cowboy! Hehe! Too bad you missed seeing a Broadway show. That would have been so fun!

Man, I wish I could have gone with you guys! It looks like you had a lot of fun. I never saw these pictures while you were here. The naked Cowboy is funny. And cold I bet.
