It's been a while since I read the first book and it was the only one I really liked. I guess movies rarely live up to the books and this was no exception. I did like the actress who played Bella but Edward and Charlie were both disappointing character choices.
The movie seems to go by so quickly, but again movies can never contain everything that happened in the book or it would be like 10 hours long. The vampire attacks seemed really cheesy.
I love Jacob in the movie. He was adorable. Much cuter than Edward.
Maybe since I didn't like the next 2 books I will like the nest 2 movies better when they come out. I guess we'll see. Overall, it was watchable, that's about it.

Gahhh, I hate twilight.
hmm. didn't like the first book and therefor didn't read or watch any of the rest of it. my grandma read it and liked it though. go figure.
I'm glad you have a blog too! I loved the movie! I went in with a very very low expectation. And freakin loved it!!!
