First Baby Shower (pt 1)

My mom and Aubree threw me a baby shower Saturday (if you gave me your address a while back and didn't get an invite it's because I'm having another one on the 8th and you should be getting an invite to it!).





Being the control freak that I am I picked the theme and the food. The theme was "Once upon a time" or story books.






The invitation:
They were all uniquely different, but they all had bits and pieces of various story books incorporated into them.





The weather was unmercifully hot that day and the morning supplied a lot of mishaps so things were a little hectic to begin with but in the end I think we all had fun.





The food melted after about 5 minutes but hopefully that was enough time for people to appreciate the display. My mom did a great job of helping me pull it off.

Green Eggs and Ham (with very melty cupcakes in the backgrond, hah!)















Hungry Caterpillar cupcakes (the picture doesn't do it justice, I promise it was super cute.
