And it begins...

I decided that I'm going to make my weight loss experience public to increase the motivation factor, so here it goes.

Beginning weight 138 lbs

Today I had;

bran flakes and soy milk for breakfast

Tuna sandwhich for lunch

Triscuits and and apple for snack

Whole wheat penne with fresh pesto for dinner.

After adding up the calories with the help of a calorie counter I ate about 2000 most of which came from the large portion sizes and the high fat content in my dinner.

eek, not so good
my calorie output was probably less than my input.

I wasn't trying very hard today.
Tomorrow I am starting a week long raw food cleanse, yay!

Also;
While I was at the optometrist somehow a bite sized milky way made its way into my mouth! I have no idea how it got there! I was so mad when I realized. That's $4 more I have to put into the pot today. boo.
