And my current weight is dun-nuh, duh-nuh, duh-nuh... 133!
I lost 5 lbs this week! I'm bad at math but I think that's a 3.6% weightloss.
I think the last chance workout I did last night made a huge difference, I went runnung at about 9:00 last night.
Here are some things I've been eating all week;
bran flakes with soy milk, spinach omlette, brown rice and beans, chicken wrap, whole wheat pasta with fresh basil, as well as lots of fresh veggies and some fruits.
My favorite diet food item of the week is whole wheat tortillas,
at only 120 calories per tortilla they have only 1 gram of sugar, which is less than the 5 grams my wheat bread has and they make delicious wraps. I've only tried Don Pancho brand so far but it's pretty good. I could probably find an even lower carb brand if I looked.
