This year we attended the last Samuleson Family Thanksgiving Reunion. It is a tradition that started 20 years ago with my grandparents and now that they have passed and their posterity has reached a whopping 104 people, the tradition has come to an end. It was fun, there was lots of food and LOTS of people.
I made my first real turkey, I only had a small taste before it got carved and mixed with the other 4 turkeys, but it was pretty flavorful and moist so I'm happy with the results. I also made a rainbow jello tower of sorts that seemed to impress the children.
