RIP Provo Reams

"After 65 Years Our Doors Are Closing"

I am sad to say that the Reams in Provo is closing it's doors for good. It was one of my favorite grocery stores, good produce, great prices. Even the AMAZING deals I have been getting at their closeout sale doesn't change the fact that it is a sad day for Provo.

Ironically, just a few days before they made the announcement of their close, Ivan and I decided that we were going to try not to shop at Walmart for the month of February. I end up getting 75% of my groceries and almost all of my household items at Walmart and I'm not proud of that. We are going to boycott Walmart for 1 month and see if good Karma in our lives will make up for the loss of $ in our pockets. Walmart is cheap but is it really worth the death of local\smaller companies not to mention selling our souls just to save a few bucks? I guess we'll see.
