Well I started out my day with 32 oz of freshly juiced fruits and veggies (carrots, apple, beets, spinach, celery, lemon) and a fabulous aerobics class. I felt great! My juice hit the spot it was totally delicious and I had no appetite for anything else.
Then I ate 2 bananas and went to work. I absent mindedly popped some of the baby's snacks (cereal) in my mouth and then I wanted to eat it pretty bad, but I soon forgot. I got home and started munching on various fruits and veggies. I started getting pretty hungry at about 5.
At 6 I started to feel TERRIBLE! I my head and stomach hurt bad. I felt hungover (which is essentially detoxing, so that makes sense) So I took a nap an I feel a bit better.
Dinner: avocado, tomato, mango and some chard.
So I called the the Dr's office and was referred to the breastfeeding hot-line which informed me that Bentonite has traces of mercury and lead and I should not use it while breast feeding. But then I did some further studies, and other Drs claim that not only is non-absorb-able, it will absorb any toxins and carry them out. So, I haven't decided if I'm going to use it or not, I'm pondering that one for a bit.
I know I feel like crap because my body is flushing out the toxins in my system but I hope I feel better soon.
