Raw food cleanse day 3

Well, I felt better yesterday than the day before and I feel even better today! The headaches are gone and the stomach ache is very mild compared to Monday.

I had an awesome workout this morning in a fabulous aerobics group I found. It's weird because, although I feel weak I seem to have as much if not more energy/strength if I push myself. And I feel much more motivated to exercise than I did before I started this cleanse!

I then picked up a bunch of raw nuts from Good Earth to up my calorie\protein\fat consumption (if I weren't breast feeding I would feel more comfortable lowering my calories or fasting for a short amount of time)

I've been eating raw fruits and veggies, nuts and seeds, a few herbal supplements (spirulina, wheat grass, etc...) and I'm going to be sprouting grains soon.

I have not yet decided whether to use the bentonite, but I'm going to try to get Ivan to try it as my guinea pig!

I have put psyllium husk (natural fiber) in my juice, I'm not sure if that is a good idea, I wasn't constipated or anything, I was just throwing stuff in. I think it might help me from getting diarrhea from all the veggies.

Question: How do you know when you're feeling toxic? Well if you wake up feeling sick and it feels better when you start to eat something you know your body was detoxing over night and when you ate break-FAST it stopped. Does that make sense? If you stop consuming toxins your body will naturally begin to expel them. That is until you begin to consume them again. Thus, a beer is a "good remedy" for a hangover. (a better one would be to stop poisoning yourself!)

Today I am feeling a little weak, but good. Little to no stomach ache right now. Not too terribly hungry (unless I start thinking about food)

**on a side note, keep in mind that if you drink enough beet juice your pee will turn pinkish!
