So I got a new calling at church Sunday, and while the guy was telling me about it he said, "you will be helping Sister Husband with coordinating the facility." and I responded, "I've never heard of her." He gave me a confused look and continued explaining the duties of the position. At one point I turned and asked Ivan if he knew any Husbands and he didn't know what I was talking about. Then the guy said "help Sister Husband in carrying out his duties." I was like, okay I am hearing something wrong here, I asked "Are you saying 'Sister Husband'? Who is Sister Husband?" And Ivan just laughed at me and said "ASSIST your HUSBAND!" I started laughing so hard that this guy started to look uncomfortable because we were at church and it was supposed to be serious. Now I will randomly think of "Sister Husband" and I still have a good laugh at myself!
