Funny Story

K so I'm going to try to add some really old funny stories randomly when they pop into my head so that I have them written down in case I forget them. This one is from when I was about 11 or 12.

I was in primary or young womens and we were having a special celebration for moms and I was told to find some old clothes of my mom's to use for a runway show and the way I understood it, it was supposed to be a secret. Well when I heard "old" clothes, I thought they meant worn out, so I went into my mom's room and found the rattiest pair of sweats I could find and hid them in my room. When the night of the event came around I used my sluthe skills to sneak the sweats to the runway show. As we were all getting dressed, our mom's out waiting for us to take the stage, I noticed that the other girl's outfits didn't look all that worn out. That's when someone explained to me my misunderstanding. Well at this point it was too late to find something else, and I didn't get what the big deal was anyway. After a few of the girls walked the stage in their mom's old (but not so worn out)bell bottoms and old choir uniforms I got out there and owned those holey, stained, well-worn sweat pants and sweat shirt all the way across the stage. Yea, I'm pretty sure my mom was mortified.
