Timponogus Cave

Ever since we went to the Lehman Caves in Nevada we've wanted to see our own local Timp cave, since I've never seen it and Ivan hasn't seen it since he was a little kid. So we hiked up yesterday, it was a beautiful hike 1.5 miles each way paved with lots of other tourists. The cave felt so nice at 45 degrees like hanging out in a refrigerator for an hour! I did great on the way up, I took my time and it was a nice little hike. But on the way down, which would have been really easy, I started to get sore so I had to go slow because it was starting to hurt, and today my lower abs and hips are SO sore!
